  • If they are working with electrics are they registered to do this and if not who will they subcontract to do the work - works to electricians fall under Part P legislation (Part P explained)
  • If working on a large project how will over runs on the plumbing works be charged?
  • How long do they estimate it will take to complete the plumbing works?
