Extensions are individually designed and built to blend with your house's style, with brickwork at a standard second to none. Our quality is not just external, all internal walls are built to a very high standard also, making the plastering and decorating of these walls effortless. Both floor and walls are fully insulated keeping heating costs to a minimum.
Roofing
All our roofs are traditionally built using quality graded timber (creating good loft space) unlike prefabricated trusses used by many builders. We fully insulate the loft area using 250mm thick insulation, preventing any unnecessary heat loss.

Foundations
Our foundations are completely filled with concrete measuring at least 1 metre deep. This will give you a foundation more than suitable for a double storey extension. If you decide at a later date to have a bedroom or bathroom on top, you have the perfect foundation to support it. Below the damp proof course, we use a top quality engineering brick that does not absorb moisture like porous bricks, thus eliminating damp penetration. This combined with a high load Damp Proof Course makes rising damp a thing of the past.
Security
L.P.B. (Construction) only fit windows with British U.P.V.C Profile manufactured to British Standard BS5368 and BS6375. Safety glass is fitted in all safety areas in accordance with British Standard BS6262 and building regulations. Each opening casement is fitted with shoot bolts and Saracen hinges as standard, plus all the windows are internally glazed, making the removal of the glass from the outside, almost impossible. All doors and patios are fitted with multi locking points and toughened glass.
