What are tradesmen reviews?
Juggle Frog reviews are written by users and provide more details about their experience of employing a Tradesman. Reviews and ratings are written by third parties and are for informational purposes only so please make sure that you employ caution when enlisting people's services. This is a unique tool that allows homeowners to make an informed decision; a word of mouth equivalent for recommended tradesmen. For guidance on submitting a review see our Review Guidance.

Do you share my information with other companies?
JuggleFrogs respects your data integrity and does not share your personal information with anyone, unless legally required to do so.

Finding / reviewing tradesmen

How do I search for a tradesman?
To search for a tradesman please select a trade and enter your postcode into the "Find a Tradesman" green box on the left hand side of the homepage. If you do not find what you need then you will see there is an option to "Post a job". This allows you to post an advert for work that needs doing onto the Wanted Board, which is published to local registered Tradesmen.

I want to find a tradesman I have used but they are not listed.
Listing on JuggleFrogs is FREE for all tradesmen so please feel free to recommend the website to them, review them online or submit their details so that we can make enquiries directly with them.

How do I submit a rating and review?
In order to submit a rating and review, you will need to enter a review and then register for a JuggleFrogs username. If you have previously registered then simply sign in! Either enter a review in the Tradesmen review section or click "write a review" next to the Tradesman's listing. Your review must comply with the Review Guidance and JuggleFrogs Terms of Use. Reviews typically appear on the site within 2-4 working days.

Why isn't my review showing up?
In general, reviews will appear within 2-4 working days. However, reviews that violate our Review Guidance or the JuggleFrogs Terms of Use may be removed or rejected without notice, as determined by JuggleFrogs at its sole discretion.

What are my payment options?
We take online card payments via PayPal or Google. You can also pay by cheque, made payable to "JuggleFrogs" and sent to JuggleFrogs, The TechnoCentre, Puma Way, Coventry, CV1 2TT. Please note this will mean a delay in setting up and processing your request.

Is my credit card information safe?
Online payments are currently handled by either Google or Paypal. They are the top providers of online payments in the UK.
Paypal say...

Will I receive an invoice from you?
