on the phone i was quoted for a change of taps price £70 for the first hour then £20 there after with tax they turn up late and before they start i say the price i was quoted and i would not be able to pay any thing above this as I’m a single mother of 2 under 5s and i could not go over budget .. The man said its fine small job like changing and light bulb easy ill keep it under the hour so i said fine and work started it took under 45mins i was OK with the work apart from the hot and cold taps are around the wrong way looking at it now and they left my washing machine in the middle of my kitchen … I had to struggle to put back myself any way i sigh the forms to say i was happy then they call the boss and he’s says to add £50 then they scribble the £70 out and put in £120 told me if i have any problems call and will be sorted out IM NOT HAPPY AN EXTRA £50 i was told because there was 2 men for a one man job it was an extra don’t use this company they are not true to there word I’m only going to pay the £70 for the 45mins work and if they are not happy ill see them in Court i know I’m in the right thank you RICHARD BAYLEY trouble i did not need for a change of taps ……………………………………

The lady was quoted our standard non regular customer price of £70 + VAT for the first hr and £45 per hr therafter. She was informed that without seeing the job we would not be able to give an accurate price but would allow approx 2 hrs to change bath and basin taps. This is providing the area was accessible and that the current taps weren’t seized on. Our engineers admit they forgot to replace the washing machine and for this we apologise. We provided 2 engineers , 1 to do the bath taps and the other the basin allowing an hour for each of them, the same cost as if i had sent 1 engineer.

Fixing a leak to the bath – I have found the service that I got from Richard Bailey and his team exemplary. They couldn’t do enough to help and have even helped me to deal with my insurance company. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough
